These photos were taken at our home in rural NB. Mother Nature is doing her best to put on a good show (with our help in some cases).
“Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts. There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature -- the assurance that dawn comes after night, and spring after winter.”
And summer after spring

So beautiful! Thanks for the pictures of your slice of heaven!
ReplyDeleteBits left to do then fingers crossed everything blooms. Now if I could find a way to stop the grass from growing so fast I would be in heaven. Always something to complain about!
DeleteHow beautiful! It is so hard to imagine all this bounty after the winter you had.
ReplyDeleteYes even we have to double check that this is what is really happening outdoors. We have to figure a way to have this season last longer than the winter one and we would have it made.
DeleteBeautiful. I wish the month of June could go on for longer....
ReplyDeleteJune could be two months long and even then it would be too short.
DeleteYour place looks so beautiful Mary. It's no surprise you love it so much. You need to bring out these pics next February or March😀
ReplyDeleteI use them as screen savers as much as I can in the winter!!
DeleteVery interesting blog. A lot of blogs I see these days don't really provide anything that attract others, but I'm most definitely interested in this one. Just thought that I would post and let you know.
