My NaNoBlahMo

I sit here at my computer committed to writing 50,000 words this November in a writing marathon called NaNoWriMo, or for me to more easily remember, National Novel Writing Month. I do believe it is now international but that would wreck the use of so many serious consonants by starting with a vowel.

My husband is working on his Movember moustache as well. I sometimes wish I could let my moustache grow for a good cause and then be able to keep it for as long as I want. Can't be as difficult as trying to write 50,000 words in one month. Can it?

This could be his moustache in less than a month although this isn't him. I don't know this guy but if I were in a moustache growing marathon I think I would like to grow this one. You see, one can grow this while going about doing other things that might be more fun and not so hard on a person's brain and body!

But alas this is me jumping up and down to keep the circulation going in my legs and pretending that I am using a pencil and a piece of paper so I don't get carpal tunnel syndrome.

November has never been my favourite month even though it is my birth month so toiling away writing about murder and mayhem may be an antidote to the November blahs. Here's to my NaNoBlahMo
